I placed bids on 2 items and was sure that I did not have the winning bid on either of them.I looked at my account and the two items are there classified as "open" whatever that means.

They charged my credit card $59.67 for the two items. I have not received the items and it's been over a month. I've tried to call customer service and/or billing several times each day for 3 days and I'm put on hold for a long period of time and then told to leave a message.

You can't leave a message because the message receiver is full.I will certainly never do business with this company again.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $59.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Customer service.
