I placed bids on 2 items and was sure that I did not have the winning bid on either of them. I looked at my account and the two items are there classified as "open" whatever that means.

They charged my credit card $59.67 for the two items. I have not received the items and it's been over a month. I've tried to call customer service and/or billing several times each day for 3 days and I'm put on hold for a long period of time and then told to leave a message.

You can't leave a message because the message receiver is full. I will certainly never do business with this company again.

Product or Service Mentioned: Bidz Bidding.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $59.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Customer service.
