I have ordered several items from Bidz and have been very

satisfied.....

I bid for a "sterling/tanzanite" ring but received it with gold plating(not in the description) - this made the quality look cheap !!!!!!!!!!! and besides, to return it would not be worth my time and money...

Another thing, your new site is really very hard to get into at bid time..

By the time it took me to log in, the bidding was over.

Not user friendly !!!!!!!!!!!!!

You may loose a lot business....Including mine...

All in all, I will admit, your items are lovely and times, spendy......
