I ordered a necklace 7 weeks ago and have been given the run around. I have explained I have been to the post office and they don't know anything.

I have also been in touch with Fed X they don't know anything.

According to my tracking it is still in Culver City waiting to be picked up.

The last chat I had with them I was cut off twice. Now they will not reply to my live chat e mail. I have purchased a couple of rings from the and am happy with them. The necklace was for a birthday present to my daughter.

I will not be buying anything else from Bidz until I get my necklace.

They quickly take your money but it is hard for them to guarantee you will receive you purchase.
