Incorrect information from customer service
Hello,
On 09/27/2018 I won earrings on auction and never received them.
My order was cancelled and I received a credit.
I was told by customer service about company problems and blocked bank account for refunding money.
On 01/23/2019 I purchased the same item at higher price. The price was fixed. Order number 51794****
I was told that all problems were sorted out and shipping time much faster.
My earrings ad was showing shipping time 3-5days.
I still wait for my earrings and customer service is ignoring my e-mails.
Can any one help? I am upset almost 6 months now! I still can't get my earrings.

Do I smell class action lawsuit on Bidz?

Talk about a company run by lame *** who pass the buck! I received this email after trying to get orders from way back last year! No warning any credit info, personal info or whatever was hacked..but you can guarantee it ...just pity party bs from Bidz about oh my we lost 480 thousand dollars so we are the real victims here! What? NO! Where's the info that was supposed to be sent to the customers of all of this? Just change the site to eBidz and keep ripping off people! I'm taking it to the police ( fraud division) so you can suck on this Bidz! I doubt you even got hacked! And how is this the customers' fault where we are the ones losing out? SOOOOOOOOOO damn mad right now!

No Refund For $960.00 After 6 Months
On October 6, 2018 I started my Christmas shopping early by using Bidz.com. I have done this in the past with no problems.
I ordered approximately $1200.00 worth of Jewelry from Bidz.com. It took more than four months for me to receive a ring, the first item I ordered. When it arrived it had a very noticeable flaw in the stone, so I returned my. As my purchases tricked in, it was obvious that the quality of their Jewelry had changed and things were cheap looking.
I ended up returning $936.80 worth of Jewelry. I received notice that one pair of earrings was not available, but they would not be refunding my money for the earring. Their Vendor had no way to reimburse me. I have written, emailed and called at least fifty times, to no avail.
I decided to contact the Better Business Bureau of Los Angeles, to file a complaint. Approximately two months after that I received a letter from the BBB of Los Angeles, saying they have tried but Bidz.com will not communicate with them. They told me that there are ninety more Customers that shopped at Bidz.com, that had also complained to them. They sent me the name of two different offices to try for help.
The worst part is that Bidz.com is still online selling to other unsuspecting people.
They need to be stopped. How can this not be seen as a criminal action. They stole $936.80 from me more than five months ago and I doubt I will ever see any of it.
Bids.com’s Business Portfolio says they are worth more than fifteen million dollars. That represents a lot of cheated people.

CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT
I too was duped by Bidz. I had gotten a few things a couple of years ago with on problem.
I then made a few orders and was told it was on back order. (over $500. 00) Then later I was told the accounting dept. was changing and was told to go to my credit card and bank to get my refunds.
I told them to do it since they took my money. Anyway I went to BBB and that didn't work either. (Going through BBB was in their little terms BS in the back. So Now if anyone would like to get a Class Action lawsuit and also go to each State Attorney General.
Also I talked to my town Postmaster and He said it could be some mail fraud depending on transactions..... So I did their BBB as required by them and now I get something started. I got on a class action with a firm from Houston once and they tore the bums up. I'd soon let the laws have it instead of Bidz.

wow, i heard the exact same BS and have not received my order as well. I heard there was a upgrade and a credit will be applied to your account because all the transactions was cancelled, but they can't give a refund. BS
