Ordered two bracelets, they didn't come. Tried to contact the phone number because there is no email for customer support.

First time I called, I got routed into an automated survey for which there was no way to opt out. Answered the *** questions, was then routed to some scam artist saying I had won a a cruise for completing the survey. Honestly, How *** do they think people are. Obviously, very ***.

Hung up and tried again. "The number can not be reached from your area" which is absurd because it's a 1800 number. Now convinced I'll never see the jewelry. I'll call my credit card company to see it they will reverse the charge but they may not as been over 30 days and the Biz website tells you that shipping will take at least 30 days.

I guess I was *** to fall for that one. They have my money, I have nothing.
