I used to order from Bidz often but since they went bankrupt they are not the same company their valuations on the the jewelry is ridiculous I would not pay more than 5% of the values listed. You can no longer get a deal on anything anymore.

The shipping charges are outrageous I was charged $20.00 to ship two tiny pendants from So. California to Northern California(took 7 days to be delivered). You can get much better deals from other retailers.

Their customer service is non-existant, they shipped the wrong pendant not the one I won in the auction called customer service and the representative tried arguing with me that it was the item that I won when it was clearly a different item they auction from same maker (Rep was extremely rude)I requested a return authorization from them by e-mail never received also requested 3 times from online account also never received by that point it was past the 15 return policy. I will never puchase anything from Bidz again I will take my business elsewhere.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss order processing issue of bidz shipping service. Bidz needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
