Hi. I purchased a bracelet for my mothers 90th birthday. It was valued at $600.00 I paid for the valuation certificate. This bracelet was worn ONCE. I am not pissed off. I always got what I ordered in good condition. I did however have trouble with US smart post, so where I was living @ the time, I used FedEx, and I had no Problems. I owe them a big Thank You, for all the joy my purchases have given me. If you have not done research, don't blame the auction house. I love jewelry I bought from Bidz. Never had a problems with them. Sometimes post office did problems. Few times I did not receive my packages because it was stolen at my post office, but Bidz return my money with no words. Once I got earring one of pair was broken. I paid $1893 for items that I have not received. They promised a refund on 7/5/14 but over 40 days later I still do not have my refund. The web site stated they were an accredited member of the Better Business but the BBB said they are not. I used to recommend Bidz to lots of people who admired my jewellery, since the mid-2000s from Australia. Late last year I got a wonderful & expensive (for Bidz) necklace ... on 31 May I paid via PAYPAL for a ring with delayed dispatching of 3 - 4 weeks that also needed Re-sizing. I purchased several items from Bidz. They never sent me my items, but claimed that they would refund my money. They led me to believe that they would be refunding my funds. They never did. If anyone is having problems with their orders being shipped and already have your tracking number Bidz has nothing to do with it, it is in fact the shipping companies causing difficulties. My package has been held back for over a month by the shipping company for no apparent reason. Please work towards getting you packages from your shipping company and please take any legal actions you can.... Read more

They showed my item picked up by FedEx but it never left the facility. It has been two months and I cannot get them to update me after the first month if waiting. No one is answering my claim emails. This company has lost its mind and I have lost my money. Read more
