I used to order from Bidz often but since they went bankrupt they are not the same company their valuations on the the jewelry is ridiculous I would not pay more than 5% of the values listed. You can no longer get a deal on anything anymore. The shipping charges are outrageous I was charged $20.00 to ship two tiny pendants from So. California to Northern California(took 7 days to be delivered). You can get much better deals from other retailers. Their customer service is non-existant, they shipped the wrong pendant not the one I won in the... Read more

My Husband bought me all my rings from Bidz. but the last one the prongs was loose, and the diamonds turned. I took to jeweler and they told me to contact Bidz. I did they wouldn't fix it. Not only did I loose 2 small stones. And had to pay to fix it. The 1 carat diamond came out and I lost it. I filed a complaint and still they would not fix or replace the ring. Me and my husband use to get on this web site every night. but not no more. So I have a ring with no diamond and I can't wear. Bad Business. Don't recommend them to no one any more! Read more

I dealt a lot with the old owners of Bidz.com. Not so much with the new. First, people pay way to much for what they are buying. I went to my jeweler/coin shop and bought a 24kt. pure gold panda coin pendant with a 14kt. gold bezel. I paid $160.00 and the chain was a hefty rope style 14kt. gold for $125.00. I see people pay ridiculous amounts for "yellow gold" which is 10kt. or 1/4 gold in layman's terms, and beyond. I have gotten a few disappointing items but I have gotten some beautiful ones, as well. My last purchase was a necklace... Read more

I purchased a pair of sapphire earrings for a birthday gift back in September of 2015. I kept checking to see why it was taking so long to receive but noticed once entering the tracking number it stated not deliverable due to damage. I contacted customet service and was issued a RMA number to submit a claim. I have not received a status of the claim as of yet. When checking on February 23, 2016, Tom informed me that the package was delivered. I asked how can that be when fedex indicated undeliverable due to damage. I went back to input the... Read more

Think about the interest they make if you add up all customers interest. Interest you don't get. Why? Because it is part of the scam. Preying on people at home who can't afford repudiatiable jewelry. Sorry if this hurts but, listen for your own benefit? You are never ever going to get a super deal, where company loses money.that just is not ever going to happen. There is no Santa Claus! Think before you buy, if it is too good to be true , it isn't. Getting tired of saying what you need to hear, if this isn't 100 words than screw u . Read more

Purchased a piece of jewelry from Bidz. Upon arrival we find one of the stones had fallen out in the bag that it was delivered with. We took it to our jeweler only to find that several stones had been loose and that it was worn before we received it. Under the loop you could see fiber and skin tissue. I asked how many stones had been loose they said the majority and it would be several hundred dollars to fix. We call Bidz and asked if we could exchange the item for the exact one. " No, no longer in stock" You could return it for a refund I... Read more

I get this. But, my thoughts are that I have paid them several hundred dollars, and why not keep a customer with real cash. The dinky items I refused were for my husband and he said, do not buy, junk. Sorry. So delete me from site? Doesn't look like customers are beating down the door to buy. At least I put money where my mouth is, except for my father days gift my husband refused. Their are so many sites out there, if I were a merchant, I would be treating a customer with kid gloves. So, delete me. Couldn't care less. I have plenty of money... Read more

My name is Natasha and I too have been dooped. My Husband, then fiancé, purchased a ring from bidz. It was a 2 caret diamond engagement ring valued at $10, 000. We paid over $1,000.00 dollars for this ring PLUS an additional fee for the "authenticity report and grading". 2 years later we find out that it is, in fact, a fake. A moissanite gem was used as the center stone instead of a honking 1 1/2 caret diamond; rendering it completely worthless. I have since called and called the company on the appraisal report and it seems as if its a shell... Read more

I received my ring and watch today in the mail and I was charged $16.49 for shipping and handling. No sign of the $10.00 off either. My order was also well over $199.00. In fact the merchandise total was $322.00. Now they are advertising $15.00 off on orders over $199.00, and free shipping. What is with that? I would very much like an explanation as to why I did not get the free shipping, and the $10.00 off. Who do I contact to get an answer as to why my order was not discounted accordingly?
